How can it possibly be allowed to take 10 trout a day for months in a year and yet think that this is reasonable way of managing rivers like this one? Conversely, some other streams, managed with a put and take system, where 100% of the fish is farmed and unfit (and sick and weak), are ruled with no kill? This is pure nonsense.
